Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ESKOD LLC (“ESKOD,” “we,” “us”) collects through eskodllc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

ESKOD LLC is a California company based at:

ESKOD LLC
1617 E Main St
Stockton, CA 95205

Information you give us

When you send a commission inquiry through the form on our home page, we collect the details you enter:

  • Name and email address (required)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Project type, project location, desired timeline and budget range (optional)
  • Your message

The form is delivered to the studio by email. That email also includes the date and time of the inquiry and the IP address it was sent from. We use this information to read and reply to your inquiry, discuss and plan a possible commission, and keep a record of our correspondence with you.

Spam protection

To keep automated spam out of our inbox, the form uses a few protective measures:

  • One-time form token. The page requests a short-lived, signed token that is valid for up to two hours. Used tokens are recorded so they cannot be reused and are deleted automatically shortly after they expire.
  • Rate limiting. We limit how many inquiries can be sent from one IP address per hour and per day. For this we store a one-way hashed form of your IP address, not the address itself, together with the times of recent attempts. These entries are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
  • Spam log. Submissions our system identifies as likely spam are not emailed. Instead, a short record is written to a private log on our server: the time, IP address, the reasons for rejection, and a shortened copy of the name, email and message entered. The log is size-limited; when it grows too large, older entries are rotated out and eventually overwritten.

These files are stored on our web server in a location that is not publicly accessible.

Cookies and advertising measurement

Our site uses the Google tag (gtag.js) from Google Ads to measure the performance of our advertising, for example to count when an inquiry is sent after someone clicks one of our ads. Google may set or read cookies and collect information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, and ad interactions. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.

You can limit this tracking by:

  • adjusting your ad preferences in Google’s Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com);
  • blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, or using your browser’s privacy or tracking-protection features.

Our site does not use other analytics or advertising services. Fonts are served from our own server, and the map link on our home page only opens Google Maps when you click it.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of the Google Ads tag, which lets Google collect information such as cookie identifiers and site activity to measure our ads, may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time as described below. Apart from that, we share information only with service providers that help us run the website and email (such as our web hosting provider), with Google as described above, or when required by law.

How long we keep information

Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain records of any project or business relationship. Spam-protection data is kept for the periods described above.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we use it, and with whom we share it;
  • Access a copy of your personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of sharing through the Google Ads tag, turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com or block and clear cookies in your browser. You can also ask us through the inquiry form;
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, contact us using the methods below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Children

Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
